1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gyro Balance ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Gyro Balance is a mobile game provided for entertainment purposes. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.

3. In-App Purchases

Gyro Balance offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are cosmetic only and do not affect gameplay balance. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms. Consumable purchases (coins) are non-refundable once used. Non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads) are permanent and can be restored on the same account.

4. User Conduct

When using Gyro Balance, you agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, or automation software
Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
Impersonate other players or CNTL Digital staff
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to game servers or other players' accounts
Use inappropriate or offensive display names or avatars

5. Multiplayer Rules

Battle Royale and multiplayer features require an internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to multiplayer services. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms or engage in unsportsmanlike behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Gyro Balance — including graphics, sounds, code, and game design — is owned by CNTL Digital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gyro Balance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CNTL Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Gyro Balance at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
