Gyro Balance ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile game developed by CNTL Digital. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Gyro Balance.

Data We Collect

Account Information: Display name and avatar, used for multiplayer profiles.
Game Progress: Scores, achievements, and unlocked items. Stored locally and synced for leaderboards.
Device Sensors: Accelerometer data is used in real-time for gameplay only. It is never stored or transmitted.
Purchase History: Managed by Apple/Google. We do not store payment information on our servers.

Personal identifiers (email, phone) — unless required by account creation

Third-Party Services

Supabase — Multiplayer, leaderboards, and friend system.
RevenueCat — In-app purchase management.
AdMob — Advertising (removable via in-app purchase).

Children's Privacy

Gyro Balance is rated for all ages (PEGI 3 / Everyone). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In-app purchases require parental authorization through the device's app store.
